Phil Langstaff Biography
Phil Langstaff

I am an Executive/Leadership coach, trainer and facilitator with over 25 years experience in learning and development in the public, private and local sectors.
I am a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator qualified practitioner and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Up until the end of January 2009 I was a Human Resources Consultant with leading global technology services company EDS. As the Mentoring and Coaching Portfolio Regional Lead for Europe, Middle East and Africa I coached EDS leaders and executives on the Transformational Leadership Coaching programme as well as leading a team of 16 other coaches in the region.

I have led numerous learning and development projects and have designed and facilitated a wide variety of learning interventions, particularly in the areas of:

In 2007 I was a guest speaker at the CIPD Annual Coaching at Work conference and a keynote speaker at the ICF Best Practice in Corporate Coaching event.

I have a BA Honours degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Management Learning and furthered my training in coaching through Organisational and Personal Development Consultants and Results Coaching Systems.

I live in Shrewsbury in the UK with my wife Pat. We have two grown up sons Adam and Jake and a granddaughter, Madison Rose.
